NJ Current Developments : The professional staff of ELM have taken a lead role in our industry for the new Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) program in New Jersey. ELM participated directly in helping to shape the legislative initiative into a workable framework for the LSRP as well as the regulated community. ELM also continues to work on assuring that this important initiative becomes an effective tool in bringing environmentally sound closure to alleged or actual discharges of hazardous substances to the environment.
