Environmental Liability Management Inc. (ELM) provides award winning environmental services for Brownfield redevelopment projects. We can provide you with turnkey services including site/remedial investigations, remedial plan development and implementation, as well as assistance in the procurement of Brownfields reimbursement incentives now available in many states.
ELM completed the first actual Brownfields incentive submittal in the New Jersey where the developer received reimbursement for the majority of remediation costs. One of our projects also received the 2000 Phoenix Award for Region II to recognize an important redevelopment project along the Route 1 corridor.
ELM Brownfield services are coordinated by Ms. Terri Smith, a former New Jersey Administrator of the Brownfields program and a nationally recognized expert in Brownfields. You can contact her at tsmith@elminc.com with any questions about our services in this area.
