Mission Satement

The ELM Group (ELM) is an environmental consulting, engineering and environmental risk management firm whose goal is to provide our clients with a high quality work product to provide insight and management options to address environmental issues. Our work product is the result of a comprehensive, integrated, and disciplined evaluation of the scientific, engineering, statutory, regulatory, policy, and social value considerations that relate to the matter under evaluation. ELM's primary client base is in the commercial/industrial sector, with emphasis on Fortune 1000 and other well-established private sector companies.

ELM's corporate philosophy is that the success of individual employees translates to success for the corporation. ELM therefore embraces a philosophy that encourages the empowerment of individuals, so that all employees have the opportunity to attain their personal and professional goals. ELM will not only encourage, but will directly support the growth of each employee through a nurturing work environment including flexible work hours, varied work assignments, the resources necessary to complete the task at hand, training and academic enrichment, and the opportunity to test each individual’s limits.
